Premium Membership
To cancel your Premium Membership, visit the My Account Page page and click on the Premium Plan tab to bring up your membership details. Click View on the right and then choose Cancel. This will cancel your subscription when it expires.
SECTION 2 – REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the digital nature of the service and resources, all sales are final, and no refunds are available. Your credit card will be automatically charged for each renewal until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by visiting the Manage Subscription page and adjusting your settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided.
You can find the full Terms of Use here.
A PrimaryLearning.Org Premium Membership is a monthly or annual subscription that gives unlimited access to the Learning Library. When you subscribe, you lock in the price, and renewals are billed at the same rate. Auto-renewals are turned on by default, and you can see your current Premium Plan on the My Account page under the Premium Plan tab.
Monthly and Annual Premium Memberships from PrimaryLearing.org need active subscriptions to get unlimited access to the Learning Library.
If you choose a Monthly Premium Membership, your renewal payment will be billed on the same day the following month after your initial payment. If that day does not exist, you will be billed on the first available day. For example, if your original payment was on May 31st, your next monthly renewal payment would be on June 30th.
If you purchase an Annual Premium Membership, your renewal payment will be charged on the same day the following year.
For the protection of your financial information, we only accept online purchases through the secure payment system. Your credit card details will be saved by our payment processor Stripe over a secure SSL connection and encrypted with AES-256. You can remove your card at any time.
You can pay on PrimaryLearning.Org with any Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. All of our prices are listed in USD.
We’re unable to accept cash or any payment information via email.

Please contact us if you have any additional questions or if we can help you with anything else.
If you have lost access to your Premium Membership benefits, it is possible that your auto-renewal payment did not process. This can happen for several reasons, including an expired card or the credit card’s limit is reached.
Because some financial institutions charge customers for failed payments, we stop trying to charge cards after a few failed attempts. This will cause the Premium Membership to terminate and revert to a Free Membership. You may purchase a new membership at the current price for unlimited access to the Learning Library.
You can update your credit card information by logging in to your PrimaryLearning.Org Account and editing settings under Payment Methods tab. You can only store one payment method per account.
If you purchased a Premium Membership through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, please get in touch with the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store directly to view the status of your subscription or to make any changes, including cancellation.
All of our prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to your transactions. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).
