Technical Help

Here are a couple of tips that may solve your problem accessing PrimaryLearning.Org:

  • As a friendly reminder, please remember that you must be logged into your account in order to access our resources.
  • Ensure that all relevant computer software is up-to-date, such as your internet browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Internet Explorer), your PDF Viewer (Adobe Acrobat Reader), and Oracle Java.
  • Your internet browser may be incorrectly loading an outdated version of our website. To fix this, simply clear your internet browser’s cookies and cache. This is usually found in the Settings or Tools section within your browser. Try following these steps for Firefox and these steps for Chrome.
  • After installing new software and/or making changes to your browser, please make sure to restart your computer to ensure that the changes take effect.

If you are having trouble logging in to your Membership, it is possible that you used a different email address to set up your account. If so, please try logging in with that email address.

If you don’t know what email address your membership is associated with, please contact us with the date and amount of purchase, and we will assist you.

All resources on our site have a downloadable version in PDF format. You will need Adobe Reader to view them, and most computers already have it installed. However, if you do not have it installed on your computer, you can download it free here, Adobe Reader.

Here are a couple of tips that will help you to solve this problem:

  1. Make sure that all relevant software is up-to-date. Check PDF Viewer and printer drivers.
  2. There may be an issue with your printer and your PDF viewer.
  3. Still have questions or need help? Please contact us with any questions.

If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, please go to the sign-in page and click on Lost Password? Check both your inbox and your SPAM folder for an email from us with a link that will assist you in resetting your password.

Note, that if you used a weak password, your account will be locked. Please contact us and we can reset your password for you.

If you do not receive a password reset email from PrimaryLearning.Org or if you continue having trouble resetting the password yourself, please contact us and we can reset your password for you.

We do not have a dedicated phone customer service department, but we are always happy to help you via email. Simply contact us with your issue and we’ll do our best to solve it quickly.

We attempt to make all resources on as accurate and up-to-date as possible. But of course, like everyone, we sometimes make mistakes! If you have noticed an error, please get in touch with us and provide the link to the resource. We will correct it as soon as possible.
