AT Word Family Pocket Cards

These AT word family pocket cards are great for practicing phoneme manipulation and teaching kids how to substitute the beginning sound.

How to use AT word family pocket cards:
Print and cut out cards following the dotted line.
Put the card with the word CAT up so each child can see it. Say the word aloud. Ask children to replace the first sound in the word CAT with /h/ (HAT). Put the word HAT up so each child can see it. Repeat all words.

CVC words: hat, rat, pat, cat, fat, sat, bat, mat.
