In this activity, kids practice writing a narrative text. They describe a gopher by answering the questions. Students tell how the gopher looks, where it lives, and what it eats. Students learn to form written sentences that others can understand. They continue to work on proper letter formation and spacing. The writing is based on previously reading the passage about the gopher. Students read their writing to their classmates and ask them to guess what animal it is.
Printing options: black lines.
